The mission of Schneider Consulting is to assist leaders and teams in learning to work more effectively to achieve greater organizational and personal success.
Greg Schneider, president of the firm, has over thirty years experience as a consultant, manager, counselor, and community leader. He is a highly sought after advisor to senior leaders in organizations ranging from small software companies to large health care systems. Greg holds a B.A. in psychology from Lawrence University and an M.S. in counseling from the University of Wisconsin-Milwaukee. He has advanced training in organization development, strategic planning, leadership development, executive coaching, and team building. Prior to establishing Schneider Consulting in 1990, Greg served as Director of Counseling,Career and Health Services at Carroll University for thirteen years. He also taught Business and Organizational Psychology and acted as an internal consultant. Greg’s passion is helping organizations achieve results by enhancing the effectiveness of their leaders.
Jane Schneider is an accomplished facilitator, educator, and certified coach. She has advanced training in leadership development. Her work focuses on Executive Coaching, Leadership Development, Strategic Planning, and Team Collaboration. She has worked with Health Care and Education Professionals, Business Leaders, and Non-Profit Organizations. Jane has an M.A. in Educational Leadership from Marquette University and a B.A. in Biology from Lawrence University. Jane taught Chemistry and A.P. Biology for 33 years at both high school and college levels. She won several awards including the Herb Kohl Award for Teaching Excellence and the American Chemical Society Award for Teacher of the Year. Enthusiasm for continuous learning and behavioral change is one of her trademarks. Jane’s passion is supporting and challenging leaders in their professional development so that they may achieve greater impact and success.
David Simpson, has worked closely with Greg and Jane Schneider for over thirty years. He is widely consulted for his expertise in statistical analysis, survey design, and data interpretation. David holds an A.B. in psychology from Oberlin College and M.S. and Ph.D. degrees in social psychology from Ohio State University. He has taught at Carroll University (WI) since 1978 and was Chair of the Psychology Department from 2001-2004. He has served twice as president of the Carroll University faculty. David’s passion is to use data wisely to inform decisions.
